Interaction Designer

The **interaction designer** is responsible for creating meaningful, intuitive, and engaging user experiences for digital products. He collaborates with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, visual designers and users to conceptualize and prototype meaningful experiences via user interfaces that meet users needs and goals.

**Your mission**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, visual designers and users to understand the user needs, the goals and the technical constraints.
- Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes to convey design ideas and concepts.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and other forms of user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create and maintain design guidelines and documentation for consistent and efficient design implementation.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in interaction design.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and other activities to contribute to the overall design strategy and vision.

**Your profile**:

- Degree in Interaction design, UX design, engineering with a focus on UX or a related field
- Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio of design work that demonstrates a strong understanding of interaction design principles
