On behalf of our client, a successful company from the AIF sector in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “MLRO - RC (M/F/d)”.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Preparing periodic and annual AML/CTF reports to the board of Directors of the respective funds, regulators and authorities
- Collaborating with oversight teams to support CTF/AML oversight of third parties
- Providing high quality RC as a service to the clients
- Performing due diligence on assets and monitoring transactions
- Conducting the development of the compliance and AML/CFT framework including the execution of assessments and risk analysis
- Preparing ad hoc and different regular reports and reviewing procedures and policies to comply with relevant regulations
**Your profile**:
- Fluency in English, any other languages are assets
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in Luxembourg within CFT/AML, especially with AIFs
- Strong attention to detail and can demonstrate this upon requests by local regulators
