**About the role**:
**Your missions**:
You will act as Responsible for monitoring compliance with obligations (RC), outsourcing officer, person in charge of data protection and compliance officer of the PFS.

**What you can expect to do in the role**:
As such, you will be entrusted with, including but not limited to, the following functions:

- You will be representing the second line of defence for the PFS and the main person of contact for the CSSF for all matters related to:

- AML/CFT;
- outsourcing;
- data protection; and
- compliance;
- You will be the escalation point for the onboarding of all complex and high risk investors/counterparties of the PFS and its clients;
- You will be in charge of organising AML/CFT trainings to staff members;
- You will be in charge of the review and validation of the ongoing monitoring;
- You will in charge of the AML/CFT framework and notably:

- the drafting/reviewing of the AML/CFT Policy for the PFS and its clients;
- the AML/CFT Risk Assessment; and
- the AML/CFT ad hoc procedures of the PFS;
- You will assist the first line of defence and investors/clients on KYC/AML requests;
- You will perform monthly ad hoc AML/CFT sample checks on the investor and asset database;
- You will draft monthly RC and compliance reports to the conducting officers;
- You will prepare and file the relevant annual compliance reports with the relevant competent authorities;
- You will assist on all required compliance/regulatory topics, with special attention to outsourcing and GDPR compliance, including (i) the drafting/review of the relevant internal policies and risk assessments, and (ii) the coordination with the tech and product teams;
- Within the team, you will report to the Conducting Officer in charge of compliance and the board of the PFS:
**Your profile**:

- You have a professional experience of at least 3 years in a position of compliance or AML/KYC officer or similar
- You have funds experience, ideally in the AIF industry
- You hold a diploma in law, finance or equivalent
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The knowledge of German/French/Spanish will be an asset
- You are eager to work with new digital tools

- You show relationship and communication skills enabling you to evolve in the team
- You are capable and eager to take initiatives
- You are well organized, methodical and rigorous
- You are able to prioritize workload and manage several tasks at once
