Compliance Assistant

Does this speak to you? Pure Capital is further looking to expand its team with a _**_Compliance Assistant_**_._ _Your role would include provide professional and friendly support to our Head of Legal & Compliance and Compliance Administration Manager. _

**Your Role**:

- Performing client files review at the AML/CFT risk level;
- Managing the onboarding of new clients;
- Handling transaction control;
- Performing customer name screening and conducting daily checks;
- Conducting AML/CFT controls for potential clients;
- Dealing with external and internal audit requests;
- Processing requests from the custodian bank and advisor;
- Collaborating with the administrative team to fulfill their requests;
- Updating system encoding in accordance with new sanctions releases;
- Responding to requests from the Management Company (Manco) for name checks;
- Checking filing of legal documents after account opening in the System;
- Verifying reviews conducted by the administrative team;
- Updating legal documents in the System;
- Managing insurance checklists;
- Conducting insurance due diligence;
- Managing miscellaneous filing and registrations in the Drive.

**Your Profile**:

- 2+ years experience in a compliance department;
- Good writing and verbal skills in both French and English;
- Basic knowledge of Dutch;
- Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Logical approach;
- Ability to multitask;
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent communication skills and a positive mindset;
- Strong team spirit whilst being able to work independently;
- Knowledge of the fund/wealth management industry is an asset.
