Our Vodafone Procurement Company “VPC” Supply Chain Services “SCS” mission is to:

In joining the Global “SCS” team as an SCS Delivery Manager you will develop a deep understanding of the VPC “SCS” organization, forge trusted effective relationships with Partners’ key senior stakeholders including C-Suite and Directors, be accountable for monitoring the effective interaction of specified Partners within the African & Middle East region with the Global Supply Chain team to ensure the timely and efficient fulfillment of a portfolio of SCM products and services.

**You will**:

- Coordinate the effective interaction of key customer stakeholders within Vodafone Supply Chain teams throughout the execution of the sourcing proposal to ensure efficient delivery of commercial benefits in keeping with agreed delivery plans.
- Engage and connect effectively with multiple stakeholders in the Africa & Middle East region and builds productive working relationships with the customer and Vodafone Local Delivery Managers in the area.
- Coordinate timely and regular reporting for accounts, category teams, and each customer to show progress achieved, plans, key actions, and owners to deliver the projects on time.
- Support teams with the development of fulfillment plans for each initiative, with clear milestones & performance tracking with “VPC” Supply Chain teams.
- Assist local Delivery Manager in negotiations of the scope and execution plan.
- Create attractive sourcing proposals including clearly defined initiative delivery plans.
- Support the Local Delivery Managers with the P&L delivery for the region and with identifying and developing new customer opportunities.
- Draft statements of work and approval papers for the project.
- Plan and project manage the engagement/ with the customer and “SCS” Local Delivery Manager.
- Maintain account plans and activities on demand plan tool up to date.
- Help with the identification of new products and the creation of associated documentation and training in relation to supply chain products.
- Explore, and help qualify opportunities and the business needs of the customer.
- Participate in product value delivery discussions with Vodafone Local Delivery Manager.
- Provide feedback on products from customers back into the Vodafone Supply Chain Team.
