We are currently seeking for our client, an institution based in Kirchberg, an:
**Accountant (M/F)**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Assisting with billing preparation.
- Contacting clients in case of missing payments.
- Preparing and updating a database of general information.
- Controlling monthly HR allocation and preparing drafts regarding potential changes.
- Helping administrative assistants and Project coordinator in addressing open Purchase Orders.
- Preparing internal and external financial reports (budget, forecast, Purchase Orders, data entry).
- Assisting Financial controllers with budgeting.
- Addressing questions related to invoices/ Purchase Orders.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- English business fluent
- Proven experience of at least three years in an equivalent position in a fiduciary or commercial company or public institution
- Proficient knowledge of advanced functions in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP modules FI, CO, SD, MM, VIM would be highly appreciated
- Available immediately for a long-term assignment
