We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Depositary Senior Analyst Investment Restrictions to join our Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in Luxembourg.
**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
Assist management in maintaining a comprehensive monitoring program and conducting a wide range of administrative and monitoring activities.
Monitoring of fund portfolios to ensure that funds are in compliance with law, circulars and guidelines.
Liaise with clients on any investment compliance issue.
Ensure enquiry and outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Very good command of English.
Strong knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to funds and depositary duties (UCITS, MMFs, AIF, CSSF Circulars & FAQ, ALFI guidelines, ESMA).
Analytical, communication and organization skills.
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Proficient command of Microsoft Office
**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a depositary function or equivalent.
Experience/exposure to Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
