Übersicht
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie analysieren und bewerten die Bedürfnisse der Begünstigten und entwickeln ein musiktherapeutisches Betreuungsprogramm, das auf die Situation des Begünstigten oder der Gruppe zugeschnitten ist, indem sie akustische und musikalische Kommunikationsmittel einsetzen;
- Die musikalischen Fähigkeiten von Kindern und Jugendlichen entwickeln und ihre Freude an der Musik wecken, indem sie verschiedene Workshops entsprechend ihren Talenten und Interessen konzipieren und dabei unterschiedliche Instrumente und Hilfsmittel einsetzen;
- Förderung der Musikkultur innerhalb der Stiftung durch Sensibilisierung der Betreuer und Einführung regelmäßiger musikalischer Veranstaltungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und/oder externen Dienstleistern;
- Vorbereitung, Organisation und Durchführung von musiktherapeutischen Interventionen; Verwaltung der eigenen Planung und der Planung der für die musiktherapeutische Intervention benötigten Materialien;
- Verwaltungsdokumente erstellen, Informationen in den Akten der Begünstigten erfassen und die Akten gemäß den geltenden Verfahren archivieren;
- Die Zielerreichung dokumentieren, die Wirkung bei den Begünstigten messen und Statistiken führen;
- Informationen über die Begünstigten unter Wahrung des Berufsgeheimnisses an die von ihrer Betreuung betroffenen Berufsgruppen weiterleiten;
- Vertretung des Berufsstandes in verschiedenen Gremien und Aktualisierung der Kenntnisse im Bereich der Musiktherapie.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über ein Diplom als Musiktherapeut/in.
- Sie haben erste Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise mit Kindern und Jugendlichen.
- Sie verfügen über gute Organisations
- und Improvisationsfähigkeiten.
- Perfekte Beherrschung der luxemburgischen und der französischen Sprache; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Pädagogisch kompetent sein und ein ruhiges Temperament haben.
- Sie sollten gut zuhören und einfühlsam sein.
