We are looking for an experienced accountant to join our team in Luxembourg.
About Artec 3D
**Tasks**:
- Handle the day-to
- day accounting tasks and bookkeeping, accounts receivables, travel expenses.
- Maintain daily bank and other payments systems statements, cash balances.
- Maintain the general ledger in accordance to LUXGAAP and in time.
- Prepare journal entries.
- Monthly reconciliation accounts receivables with CRM and deliveries.
- Monthly intergroup reconciliation.
- Ensure proper reconciliations and documentation are maintained for general ledger accounts.
- Provide support to the annual LUXGAAP audit.
- Provide support to monthly and annual VAT returns.
- Provide support to Intrastat monthly declarations.
- Provide support with the monthly reporting and year-end closing.
- Participate and provide support with monthly or year-end Stocktaking.
- Prepare and deliver information in response to requests and requirements of auditors, regulators, creditors and other external parties.
- Provide financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; prepare reports.
- Investigate, research and recommend changes, improvements of financial systems, including billing, accounts receivable, payables, budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure and control that data entries are aligned with group reporting system.
- Participate in internal projects, for example, implementation of ERP System.
- Participate in preparation of internal instructions, procedures and regulations.

**Required skills and competence**:
- Bac+3 or equivalent education (or higher).
- 2+ years of experience accounting in industry.
- Solid knowledge of LUX GAAP.
- Good knowledge of VAT.
- Experience in ERP system is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
**Will be a plus**:
- Knowledge of Business Central software is a plus.
