Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre du développement de l'activité.
Sous la responsabilité du responsable du département « Design & Build », votre mission consistera à ordonnancer et coordonner les actions des différents professionnels du bâtiment (architectes, bureaux d’études, organismes agréés, entreprises de techniques spéciales, parachèvement ) dans le cadre de projets confiés par nos clients (investisseurs, entreprises, institutions ou particuliers).
Vous aurez la responsabilité de représenter ou assister le maître d’ouvrage, sur les plans technique, administratif, et financier, lors des phases d’études, de conception et de réalisation de projets (aménagement d’espace, remise en pristin état, rénovation, transformation, Capex, assistance aux certifications, etc..).
Ce poste exige une excellente connaissance des différents métiers du bâtiment associée à une veille constante des technologies et réglementations y afférentes.
**Responsabilités **(non exhaustive):
- Etude de programmation opérationnelle,
- Pilotage des études et des prestataires en charge,
- Conseil et arbitrage des choix techniques adaptés aux besoins du client,
- Etablissement des plannings et des budgets travaux,
- Etablissement des cahiers des charges et organisation des appels d'offres Travaux,
- Consultation des entreprises en charge de la réalisation des travaux,
- Analyse comparative des offres,
- Suivi et coordination des différents intervenants durant la phase d’exécution,
- Assistance aux réunions de chantier incluant la rédaction de comptes rendus, états des lieux ,
- Organisation des réceptions de travaux et suivi de la bonne levée des réserves, tant au plan administratif et contractuel qu’au plan technique,
- Constitution des dossiers Asbuilt,
- Relations régulières avec les parties prenantes : Propriétaires, maître d’ouvrage, locataires, architectes, bureaux d’études, entrepreneurs, organismes agréés, coordinateur sécurité&santé, administration, experts, etc ,
- Contribution à l’optimisation et à l’homogénéisation des méthodes de gestion de projet et des procédures internes,
- Analyses techniques spécifiques,
- Apport et partage d’expertise aux membres de l’équipe,
- Elaboration d’une stratégie commerciale/digitale adéquate pour la prospection et le développement du département (partenariats, networking, réseaux sociaux,),
- Promouvoir l’activité du département par un process cross-business permettant de créer des synergies avec l’ensemble de nos business lines, le monitorer, et proposer des méthodes d’amélioration continue,
- Veille sur les innovations technologiques, règlementaires, concurrentielles, stratégiques afin de proposer des solutions adaptées aux usages de nos clients sur les sujets de types ESG, économie circulaire, solution durable, new way of working, change management, et les conseiller au mieux,
- Rendre compte de son activité à son responsable hiérarchique.
**Formation / expérience**:
- Diplôme en ingénierie civile, en gestion de projets, en technique spéciales ou dans un domaine connexe,
- Expérience significative d’au moins 5 ans en gestion de projets de rénovation, transformation, ou construction, idéalement dans des projets de moyen et grande envergure.
**Compétences / qualités requises**:
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership pour coordonner efficacement les différentes équipes et parties prenantes d’un projet,
- Esprit d’initiative (thinking outside the box),
- Capacité à travailler sous stress, à prendre des décisions rapides et à résoudre les problèmes qui surviennent en cours de projet,
- Solides compétences en gestion budgétaire, en planification et en organisation,
- Connaissance approfondie des réglementations de construction et des normes de sécurité (ITM, ENV ),
- Maitrise des outils informatiques et de gestion de projets (Office365 : Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Outlook, Project, SharePoint),
- Aisance des outils de conception graphique (AutoCAD, Revit ),
- Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise indispensable. La connaissance de l’Allemand est un réel atout.
