Nous recherchons un administrateur système applicatif pour rejoindre l'équipe Cloud Amexio.
Dans ce rôle, vous ferez partie d'une équipe en Managed Services chargée de l'administration, de la maintenance et de la sécurité de l'environnement Linux de notre client qui prend en charge leur plateforme Documentum.
Vous serez une ressource clé pour le dépannage des problèmes liés à Documentum au sein de l'infrastructure Linux, ainsi que pour la surveillance quotidienne, la mise en oeuvre des mises à jour et l'optimisation des performances du système.
Taches
**Administration Système**:
Installer, configurer et maintenir des serveurs Linux pour la plateforme Documentum en veillant à une disponibilité et un temps de fonctionnement élevés.
Gérer les comptes utilisateurs, les groupes, les autorisations et les contrôles d'accès conformément aux meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité.
Effectuer des sauvegardes système et des procédures de récupération après sinistre.
Automatiser les tâches à l'aide de langages de script (Bash, Python, etc.) pour une efficacité accrue.
Surveiller les métriques de performance du système telles que l'utilisation du CPU, de la mémoire et du disque.
Collaborer avec les administrateurs de base de données pour optimiser les requêtes Oracle liées à Documentum.
Rester à jour avec les dernières mises à jour de sécurité Linux et mettre en oeuvre les correctifs rapidement
**Gestion des incidents**:
Identifier, enquêter et résoudre les incidents liés à Documentum.
Documenter et escalader les incidents critiques auprès des équipes appropriées.
Travailler en collaboration avec les utilisateurs finaux pour diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes.
**Monitoring et maintenance**:
Effectuer des vérifications de santé quotidiennes de la plateforme Documentum.
Surveiller les journaux système et les métriques de performance pour identifier les problèmes potentiels.
Appliquer les correctifs de sécurité et les mises à jour de la plateforme Documentum.
Maintenir la documentation système.
**Support Documentum**:
Dépanner les problèmes liés à Documentum qui proviennent de l'environnement Linux.
Travailler avec les administrateurs de Documentum pour diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes de plateforme.
Analyser et optimiser les journaux système pour identifier les problèmes potentiels impactant les performances de Documentum.
Profil
Minimum de 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'administration de serveurs Linux.
Expérience avérée dans la configuration système, la gestion des utilisateurs et les meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité.
Expérience avérée dans l'administration, la configuration et la sécurité d'une plateforme de production client.
Compréhension des langages de script système comme Bash ou Python
Connaissance de l'orchestration des processus.
Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
**Compétences appréciées**:
Une expérience dans l'administration de la plateforme Documentum est un réel atout.
