Durch den Einsatz führender Technologien erhalten wir Daten und Einblicke, können uns dadurch besser auf alle relevanten Themen konzentrieren und kompetente Mitarbeiter erzielen fundierte Prüfungsergebnisse für unsere Mandanten und die Investoren und bieten somit eine hohe Prüfungsqualität.
**Woran du arbeiten wirst**:
- Als Trainee wirst du: _
- In Prüfungen einer Vielzahl von Unternehmen mitarbeiten und deine Kenntnisse in Bezug auf IFRS und lokale Rechnungslegungsstandards entwickeln
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prüfungsmethodologie und -technik sowie der Anwendung der für die Prüfung relevanten Softwaretools erwerben
- eine Brücke zwischen deinem theoretischen Wissen und den praktischen Auswirkungen aufkommender globaler Rechnungslegungsstandards und internationaler Mandate bauen und eine profunde Beherrschung von Rechnungslegungsstandards wie IFRS und lokalen Standards entwickeln
- An einem vielfältigen Portfolio internationaler Kunden arbeiten und sie treffen (persönlich oder virtuell)
- Lernen wie eine Vielzahl von Organisationen arbeitet, einschließlich der Überprüfung ihrer internen Kontrollsysteme und Prozesse
- Vertrauen bei Stakeholdern schaffen, indem du die Jahresabschlüsse von Unternehmen prüfst
**Was Du mitbringst**:
- Qualifikation: Du studierst aktuell im Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Finanzen, Ingenieurwesen/IT oder Rechnungswesen oder du absolvierst einen Betriebswirt oder Fachwirt
- Analytische Fähigkeiten: Die Fähigkeit, finanzielle Daten zu analysieren, Unregelmäßigkeiten zu identifizieren und die finanzielle Lage eines Unternehmens zu beurteilen
- Detailgenauigkeit: Ein geschultes Auge für Genauigkeit in der Überprüfung und das Bewusstsein zur gründlichen Dokumentation
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Aktive verbale und schriftliche Kommunikation, um ausgezeichnete Beziehungen zu Kunden und Teams aufzubauen und zu pflegen sowie die Fähigkeit, eigenständig und im Team zu arbeiten
- Ethische Integrität: Ein starkes Bekenntnis zu ethischem Verhalten und Unabhängigkeit, um die Glaubwürdigkeit des Prüfungsprozesses aufrechtzuerhalten
- Problemlösung: Die Fähigkeit, komplexe finanzielle Probleme und grundlegende Probleme erkennen und schrittweise Lösungen entwickeln
- Zeitmanagement: Effizientes Management der eigenen Tätigkeiten und Einhaltung von Fristen
- Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache wäre von Vorteil
