Job Description Summary: What you need to know about the role
- We are looking for HR Intern to support our Talent Mobility Team in Luxembourg. This internship will enable you to put your education into action, supporting the evolution of our HR function, our strategic priorities, and our ways of working. In this role, you will provide operational and administrative support globally within our Global Mobility function as well as assist our Global Mobility Manager in EMEA in providing detailed analysis, advice and sound recommendations that balances out employee experience and business needs with global compliance regulations and requirements. You will and report to the Director, Global Mobility in San Jose, CA, United States Internship duration - 6 months, fulltime starting July 2023 Internship location - Luxembourg Meet our team Join a team of mobility professionals who serve as thought partners and domain experts responsible for enabling the global business by managing mobility center of excellence.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management, reporting capabilities and communication skills, as you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver data-driven results on deadlines.

**Your day to day**
- Organize & administer activities in accordance with the goals of an established program
- Create and maintain documentation, plans and reports
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and management to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
- Assist in the development and delivery of additional program activities as needed by Global Mobility
- Assist with Global Mobility administrative functions, special projects, and operational optimization initiatives
- Work closely with the Global Relocation, Immigration and Tax firms to ensure consistency of practice and delivery of high touch support to employees and internal stakeholders. You'll also offer practical advice, background information, and data to leadership.
- Participate in training to Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR business partners and vendors regarding the company’s relocation and immigration policies, practices, and processes

**What do you need to bring-**
- Undergrad, Postgrad or MBA student studying in HR
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Understanding of project management
- Knowledge and understanding of global cultures, including similarities and differences. This includes the ability to work across organizational, functional, and geographic boundaries to drive communications, business strategies and multi-geography projects and teams.
- Able to exchange information and present ideas, report facts and other information in a strategic, clear, and concise manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, by prioritizing and recognizing tasks and situations which require a sense of urgency.
- Analytically driven and fluent with data-driven analysis & decisions.
- Creative problem solver, perceptive, agile, detail oriented and customer-focused
