For a replacement, the Manco is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Middle Officer. As a Middle Officer, you will provide support to the Conducting Officers and assist in various tasks.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising the work of delegates, including conducting due diligences.
- Reviewing and producing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting files.
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of processes.
- Participating in projects and presentations.
- Managing administrative tasks such as filings at the RCSL/UBO register/CSSF/Fundsquare
Your Profile: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in the Funds Industry is advantageous.
- Good understanding of the Investment Fund Industry (UCITS and AIF).
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Organized, flexible, committed, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French and Spanish is considered a strong asset.
- Open-minded and eager to learn and develop.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
