**Our Customer Support team is looking for a new talent, starting at the earliest possible time as Sales and Customer Support Officer in Hosingen, Luxembourg.**

**How you’ll add value**

We are looking for an Sales and Customer Support Officer (M/F/d), who handle all activities to ensure effective delivery of service to all levels of external customers and follow-up on internal & external sales activities.

**What you’ll do**
- In charge of price offers and tenders filing with all necessary legal documents and payment terms to customers
- Customer projects handling from offer to delivery in coordination with production, supply chain and after sales
- Customer projects related to services at final destinations (customs clearance, inland transport, installation, training) in collaboration with local service providers
- Handling of letter of credits and bank guarantees
- Use CRM system (SalesForce)
- Active follow-up of sales Leads and Opportunities with sales team and customers
- Hold and Lead meetings with the sales team on a regular basis

**What you’ll bring**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience strongly preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer support environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different kind of stakeholders and different levels of the organisation
- Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Associates and customers; written, verbal and listening
- Strong desire to exceed customer needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail oriented, with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to manage projects and guide local service providers
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of the range of products
- Good knowledge in Geography
- German and English. Any other languages will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS office suite, ERP system, CRM tool (SalesForce)
