**| Your challenges?**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- Advanced degree in software engineering
- Strong experience in.NET development with an excellent grasp of C#, ASP.NET Web API, WinForms, Entity Framework
- Practical experience with C++, DevExpress WinForms, SQL-Server, and Transact-SQL would be a valuable plus
- Sound experience in writing and testing quality software using object-oriented concepts
- Knowledge of industrialized software development tools and practices such as Git, Jira, Confluence, refactoring, continuous integration, and Docker-based deployment, to name a few
- Keen interest in Open Source technologies
- Some knowledge of security concepts and database optimization and indexing is a plus
- Some web design skills to complement your core programming skills
