**Job Responsibilities
- As a part of the EMEA Client Service & Solutions team you will be responsible for regional management of the day-to-day service across 13 countries and 15 locations and more than 500 clients.
- You will have an oversight of services delivered to the Luxembourg clients. Services include core services such as custody, fund account, transfer agency, depository and also ancillary services such as compliance, tax, financial reporting, collateral and securities lending.
- Involved in management oversight of Luxembourg Client Service & Solutions teams, including reporting directly at senior levels internally and to Clients at Board level.
- You will have ownership of client satisfaction and delivery of incremental and new client activity including defining and documenting client operating models
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- You will have at least 10 years Security Services experience and proven track record of success in the delivery of projects and team management.
- Strong client management experience, with ability to develop lasting client relationships, able to manage multiple stakeholders with strong influence and negotiation skills.
- Experience in client onboarding and proven experience in delivering on commitment to clients.
- Experience in people management and team building.
- Comfortable with individual contribution with the ability to work in a pressurized environment.
- Highly structured and methodical in execution, with clear, articulate, and concise verbal and written communication.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and ability to understand and resolve or escalate issues quickly.
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships.
- Knowledge of CIB products and exhibit an enthusiasm to develop knowledge across custody and fund services products.
- Able to demonstrate Industry/Business Knowledge, market trends and local Luxembourg regulation.
- Able to demonstrate executive management and communication experience/skills.
