Depuis 2019, Agigest est allié à l’Office des Propriétaires, une des plus anciennes sociétés de gestion de Belgique, qui souhaitait déployer son activité au Luxembourg.

Rapportant au Talent Manager Emeria Benelux, vous intégrez l’équipe RH en exerçant une fonction HR 360° pour notre antenne luxembourgeoise : AGIGEST.

**Formation & développement**:

- Elaborer avec le Talent Manager des plans de formations et de développement, garantir le développement / l'engagement des travailleurs en fonction des besoins actuels et futurs ;
- Soutenir les managers pour définir les besoins de formations ;
- Analyser les propositions en formation et développement, les fournisseurs et proposer des solutions durables ;
- Mesurer l';efficacité des initiatives de développement ;
- Recueillir des subventions au niveau de la formation et du développement
- Effectuer le suivi administratif et les reportings des formations (bilan social,).

**Recrutement & mobilité**:

- Soutenir le Talent Manager dans les activités de recrutement et de sélection : rédaction des descriptions de fonction, offres d'emploi, gestion des réseaux d'approvisionnement, entretiens de sélection,
- Gérer les demandes de stages et contrats spécifiques.

**HR Administration**
- Participer à la rédaction des contrats, des avenants et autres documents sociaux ;
- Prendre en charge les activités administratives liées à l’arrivée des nouveaux collaborateurs

Faire le lien avec notre fiduciaire Luxembourgeoise pour gérer la paie au mieux

**Projets**
- En collaboration avec l’équipe RH centrale, participer aux différents projets RH
- Être en permanence dans l’amélioration des différents process soft RH ;
- Participer à la réalisation des fiches de postes et valider l’adéquation avec la réalité de l’ensemble des périmètres Benelux
- Visiter régulièrement les différents bureaux Luxembourgeois afin d’identifier les éventuels besoins
- Tenter de répondre aux questions des collaborateurs et, au besoin, rediriger ceux-ci vers la personne habilitée
- Réfléchir à l’harmonisation des pratiques sur les différents périmètres
- Assurer une bonne communication avec les différentes équipes
- Informer les collaborateurs sur les projets/dossiers en cours
- Réaliser les onboarding/offboarding suivant les process définis
- Veiller au bon déroulement du parcours d’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs (aspects formation et intégration globale)
- Assurer le suivi des entretiens annuels au sein des équipes
- Accompagner dans le cadre des mobilités internes
- Gérer et tenir à jour les fiches de poste.
- Titulaire d’un Bachelier ou Master à orientation RH, économique
- Flexibilité, disponibilité, autonomie, résistance au stress sont indispensables pour maîtriser cette fonction tout comme la prise d’initiatives dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Disposer d’évidentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de structure.
- Orientation clients internes (collègues directs, cadres, personnel,)
- Sens de l’écoute, empathie, excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
- Vous êtes très orienté service et proactif vis-à-vis de vos différents clients internes (collègues RH, managers, collaborateurs, etc.)
- Maîtrise du français, le Luxembourgeois et l’Allemand sont des atouts
- Vous vous déplacez une fois par semaine sur Bruxelles, pour participer aux meetings d’équipe et entretenir le lien avec votre équipe centrale.
