**About the Role**:
For our Ferrero Luxembourg HQs, we are looking for **an intern who will be reporting directly to and working closely with the Area International General Counsel.**

**Main Responsibilities**:
By covering this position, you **will draft legal documents** such as legal opinions/briefs, contracts, agreements and research applicable laws, regulations and legal precedents.
**Reporting on legal and regulatory trends **as above, **conducting legal research on issues **relevant as above and** help in preparing presentations **will be as well ones of your responsibilities.

On top of that, you role **will be to interview internal stakeholders within the Function and across the company** in order to gather information for drafting legal documents and **assist in the coordination and drafting of legal meetings within the Function and with external consultants** and tracking minutes.

Finally, you **will carry out special projects at the request of Area International General Counsel.**

**Who we are looking for**:
**Good research, writing and interpersonal skills** will be essential in your daily activity.
You need to **be able to proactively develop and maintain a comprehensive network of relationships** with a broad range of different internal stakeholders.
You has to **be able to work successfully, emphatically, and fully committed **in a matrix organization at both legal team contribution and cross functional contribution.

On top of this, the key to your success will be your **knowledge of Microsoft Office** and your **fluency in English.**
