- Mitwirkung am Ausbau des Risikomanagement-Rahmenwerks für Fonds
- und Unternehmensebene
- Operative Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Investitionsvorhaben und dem Risiko-Assessment für das Investment Committee
- Unterstützung der Risikomanagement-Funktion bei der Vorbereitung von spezifischen Analysen, Risikomessung und Reporting mit Fokus auf Environmental, Social und Governance („ESG“), SFDR und Impact-relevanten Themen
- Durchführung und Überprüfung von ESG-Auswertungen auf Fonds
- und AIFM-Ebene
- Mitwirkung an Risiko
- und ESG relevanter Berichterstattung basierend auf etablierten Rahmenwerken und Standards (z.B.SASB, SFDR/Taxonomy, ESRS, GRI, PCAF etc.)
- Operative Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Risikomanagement-Projekten sowie Verfolgung nationaler und internationaler Trends und Entwicklungen
- Unterstützung des Strategieprojekts „Corporate Sustainability“
- Mitarbeit im Datamanagement des Risikomanagementbereichs

**Deine Qualifikation**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Finanz-)Mathematik, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt im Finanzbereich
- 2-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Risikobereich bei einem AIFM/Verwaltungsgesellschaft von Alternativen Investmentfonds oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Private Markets, Finanzen/Rechnungslegung sowie Grundkenntnisse das Luxemburger Gesellschafts
- und Finanzaufsichtsrecht (insbesondere AIFMD)
- Relevante Kenntnisse und nachgewiesenes Interesse am ESG/Sustainable Finance Bereich (ESG/SFDR/Taxonomie-Regulierungen)
- Kenntnisse der MS Office-Anwendungen, Datenbanksprachen (SQL), PowerBI und/oder „R“ sowie Datamanagement von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
