Switchboard Operator

**_CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Switchboard Operator, to join the multicultural team of a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg._**

**Your Missions**
- You handle **multilingual** incoming calls
- You **transfer** calls to appropriate Directorates
- You establish appropriate **priorities** for the various calls
- You **respect** the SLA (Service-level agreement)

**Your profile**
- You have at least **1 year** of relevant professional experience
- You have strong communication skills, **clear speech** and listening skills, and excellent **customer service**.
- You are fluent in **French **and have at least an intermediate in English and German (another European language is nice to have)
- You are a **team player** who likes to work in an international environment
- You are **detailed-oriented** and have a good understanding of troubleshooting systems in communication.
