Based in Luxembourg, ALD Group Treasury Centre is responsible for funding directly some of the affiliates of ALD Group which are part of a specific sub perimeter, implementing ALM rules and monitoring structural risks at Group level and affiliate level, contributing to the funding planning of all affiliates and advising affiliates for all ALM and funding related issues, acting as unique contact point for all ALM and funding related issues of ALD Group vis-à-vis SG central financial department, sourcing MLT liquidity out of SG Group via unsecured bonds and ABS issuances, or banking loans.

**Responsibilities
**

ALD Automotive Treasury Center is looking for an experienced Treasurer to join our team. As a Treasurer, your primary responsibilities will be to manage the funding aspects of our company, including quoting loans to subsidiaries, borrowing funds, building the cash position, monitoring funding limits and exposures, issuing financial guarantees, and contributing to the construction and monitoring of the funding plan. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the financial stability and growth of our business entities.

The main mission of the Treasury Officer consists of providing support on all tasks relevant to the Group Treasury Center and specifically, but not only:

- Quoting and Providing funding to subsidiaries that are within the funding scope of the Treasury Center.
- Reconciling the various bank confirmations and making sure the related payments are accurately processed.
- Calculating the daily cash position of the Treasury Center and hedging it.
- Controlling and following-up the various bank relationships (Back offices, front offices, KYC ).
- Controlling and reporting the various portfolios.
- Participating in the improvement of the internal processes and controls (Permanent supervision).
- Advising the subsidiaries with their financial planning: limit approval, guarantee, amendment, etc.
- Ensuring the data quality in our TMS by performing quality controls.
- Following up the entities’ dividend payment scheme.

**Must-Have requirements**
- Possess a BAC+5 certification/Master’s degree (or equivalent).
- Be fluent in English/French.
- Have an in-depth knowledge Treasury Management
- Be a team player.
- Master Microsoft Office tools.
- A prior experience in a bank or financial institution is a plus.

- Good understanding of ALD Group structure treasury and processes (especially, the processes related to the Treasury Center and the financial instruments)
