**About the Role**:
In the **Reporting Activities** your responsibility will be on design, develop, test, and support of business intelligence, analysis, and reporting solutions data modelling & reporting. Designs and develops reporting solutions in a Microsoft tools environment and will be responsible for adhering to current reporting procedures and techniques. In support of these responsibilities, you will meet with business users and management to create requirement documents for reporting needs. In this position you will cover the Operative support as well for Head of Customer Service in projects development, processes build up and IT Improvements related to B2B business. To assure the best **Customer Care**, you will be the entry point and solution maker pivot figure for all the activities involving Customer in Complaints / Claims, Customer Satisfaction measuring and Products Specs Management together with related departments.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Create and deliver management dashboards and canned reports to support business management oversight of business processes to ensure critical insight into exceptions and deliverables (Business Reporting & Analysis)
- Create and deliver routine and ad hoc reporting needed to understand various aspects of processes and the portfolio performance and staffing needs (operative Reports and Business Development analysis)
- Identify, lead, and oversee projects and analysis related to reporting needs to establish superior operational reporting (KPI’s, Claim, Business Reporting, Sales Report, Customer Satisfaction Monitoring)
- Support, maintenance and/or build of Databases
- Process and IT Improvements support for Head of Customer Service & B2B Business.
- Complaints & Claims Management
- Customer Product Specs Alignment and Evolution together with Related Functions & Customers

- Strong analytical, prioritization and time management skills

- Project management experience and ability to work cross-functionally

- Ability to integrate information from multiple sources quickly and accurate
- Strong ability to communicate with business users and management of all levels for development and delivery of reporting requirements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to details and fast learning

**IT Skills**:

- Proficient knowledge of personal computers using Microsoft Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI, SharePoint with advanced skills required in Excel, BW and SAP

**Languages**:

- Fluent in English any other language is a plus
