**ICT Manager (M/F)**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Designs and drives the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) strategy taking into account the Group’s guidelines
- Formulates, recommends ICT policy to the Group
- Is responsible for the achievement of the CFL ICT results and objectives
- Provides overall directions for each CFL departments and CFL subsidiaries, helpdesk, architecture and development
- Takes the role of process improvement for the use of MES in order to achieve a 2% yield increase
- Integrates structured data so that that they could be used for big data, IA improvement
- Implements Cybersecurity
- Develops and implements all ICT policies and procedures including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery plan, manages access rights
- Is responsible for all system development including acquisition of software
- Identifies and formulates system needs and information, requirements
- Handles contacts with external suppliers and internal users
- Has overall responsibility for the delivery of a high quality service and for adherence of industry rules and regulations
- Acts as an excellent forward thinking leader
- Acts as intermediary between CEO and team leaders regarding ICT
- Manages and supervises the ICT team
- Provides coaching and advice to team members
- Process owner in term of ISO management, participates to the surety implementation, GDPR compliance

**Must-have requirements**:

- Has a bachelor/master degree and extensive professional training
- Has around 5 years of relevant experience in ICT, ideally in an industrial / manufacturing production environment
- Has very good knowledge of IT systems, networks and database
- Has very good knowledge of project management
- Has communication, organisational, analytical and people management skills or willingness to do people management
- Is curious, has common sense developed and is willing to continue his/her training and develop his/her competencies and the ones of his/her team
- Can speak English and French
