Tasks
- In charge of administration/secretariat tasks;
- Assisting to manage KYC documentation of our clients;
- Formatting of reports, letters and modifying documents;
- Ensuring the backup of the team, which may include accounting tasks;Helping support and ensuring effectiveness of day-to-day process in the administration.

**Requirements**:

- You have at least 3 years of experience as assistant in administration
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg AML/KYC environment
- You are fluent in English, French and/or German or any additional language skills would be an asset;
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to details and understand the importance of deadlines;
- You are able to work independently and within a team;
- You are an enthusiastic and quick learner
- Interact with people with courtesy, respect and willingness to help and find solutions within a multi-cultural environment.
