**JOB BRIEF**

Weerts Group is looking to strengthen its team in Luxembourg with a polyvalent **Office Manager** to support and reinforce the Group’s growing activities in all its divisions, but predominantly in the context of its growing pan-European activities logistics real estate.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

In this position, you will work very closely and predominantly with the team in Luxembourg, but you may also be marketing/communication support for other commercial teams of the Group.

As **Office Manager**, you will be required mainly but not exclusively to take the following responsibilities:

- Reception
- As the first point of contact for the company/the Group, you will welcome external visitors, for their meeting and will accompany them once finished,
- You will manage the booking of the meeting rooms (for both external and internal meetings) and will ensure that supplies will be always available,
- You will answer the phone calls and forward them internally,
- You will carry out all the essential tasks related to those that have to be achieved by an office receptionist.
- Marketing/commercial support
- Supported by a strong knowledge of MS Office tools, you will be able to support the commercial team’s members in order to prepare commercial supports or customers price proposals,
- Ideally, you will succeed to manage social media in collaboration with the management and you may directly support or achieve any update of the Group’s websites.
- Administrative support
- You will handle multiple levels of advanced administrative duties,
- You will perform as resource of organization’s procedures, policies and practices,
- You will cooperate with varied staff members and to perform as team player as well as role model for various staff members in organization exhibiting qualities of caring, courtesy, helpfulness and respect.

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED - YOUR PROFILE**
- Between 5 to 10 years of professional experience in similar position,
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office),
- Organizational skills and detail-oriented,
- Excellent analytical skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch (German is a plus),
- Positive attitude, integrity & honesty, team player,
- Taking initiative is highly valued.
