**Description**:
**Fonctions**
- Définir les orientations stratégiques et opérationnelles de la chaîne logistique pour le moyen et long terme, incluant la gestion des flux, les prévisions de ventes, et la planification des approvisionnements.- Concevoir, organiser et optimiser les flux d'informations logistiques entre les différents acteurs internes et externes de la Supply Chain.- Conduire des réflexions pour améliorer et développer la Supply Chain à travers la création de nouveaux produits et services.- Coordonner et synchroniser toutes les activités de la Supply Chain avec celles de la production.- Gérer le budget de la Supply Chain.- Mettre en place des tableaux de bord pour suivre les résultats techniques des activités.- Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance de la Supply Chain, et assurer le reporting.- Superviser l'exécution des plans d'action définis et procéder aux ajustements nécessaires.- Accompagner et soutenir la mise en place des changements, en animant des réunions internes.- Animer, coordonner et contrôler les équipes du département.- Évaluer la performance des équipes selon les critères établis.- Collaborer avec le département RH pour la gestion des ressources humaines, incluant les recrutements, les entretiens annuels, et la formation.- Développer et animer les activités et services proposés aux clients pour assurer leur satisfaction.- Analyser les besoins des clients afin d'anticiper les demandes futures.- Développer des relations avec les fournisseurs et les prestataires, et établir de nouveaux partenariats.- Proposer des offres commerciales en garantissant la cohérence des éléments tels que la méthodologie, le planning, et le budget.**Profil**
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de la Supply Chain et en optimisation des processus logistiques.- Compétences solides en management d'équipe et en gestion des ressources humaines.- Capacité à conduire des projets d'amélioration continue et de conduite du changement.- Aisance relationnelle pour développer des partenariats et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients et les fournisseurs.- Aptitude à analyser les besoins et à anticiper les évolutions du marché.**Informations complémentaires**:
