Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, Foyer recherche pour sa Direction des Opérations, un(e)** Employee Benefits Operations Manager**.
**Vos responsabilités**
Le **Employee Benefits Operations Manager** assume la responsabilité de l’équipe de gestion Vie Groupe, qu’il coordonne, structure et anime. Il est en charge des opérations liées aux Régimes Complémentaires de Pension du marché local.
**Vos missions**
**Pilotage de l’activité**
- Vous structurez et planifiez les activités.
- Vous validez les offres réalisées par le Middle Office.
- Vous veillez au respect des aspects réglementaires de l’activité, en restant informé des évolutions législatives et en mettant en place les procédures adaptées.
- Vous réalisez les Reportings de clôture comptable et les Reportings réglementaires (à destination de l’IGSS, du Commissariat aux Assurances ou de l’Administration Fiscale)
**Management des collaborateurs**
- Vous définissez les missions et les objectifs des collaborateurs, en tenant compte des compétences et des aspirations de chacun.
- Vous animez et motivez l’équipe pour atteindre ces objectifs, en créant un environnement de travail positif et stimulant.
- Vous accompagnez les collaborateurs dans leur développement de compétences, en proposant des formations adaptées et en favorisant le partage de connaissances.
**Qualité et amélioration continue**
- Vous suivez les indicateurs de qualité de l’équipe
- Vous encouragez les propositions d’amélioration des processus au sein de l’équipe, en valorisant les initiatives et en mettant en place des actions concrètes
- Vous élaborez et mettez en œuvre des plans d’action, en fixant des objectifs mesurables et en assurant un suivi régulier
- Vous participez activement aux projets d’évolution des outils, en contribuant à l’identification des besoins et à la mise en place de solutions innovantes
**Votre profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un bac+5 ou équivalent avec orientation actuariat, économie, commerce ou finance
- Vous disposez au minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans une compagnie d’assurance
- Vous disposez d’une connaissance technique des produits d’assurance Vie. La connaissance du marché local de l’Employee Benefits et des systèmes de retraite au Luxembourg constitue un réel avantage
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais. La connaissance de l’allemand ou du luxembourgeois est considérée comme un atout
- Vous êtes proactif(ve), dynamique et organisé(e)
- Vous faites preuve d’une haute capacité d’écoute et d’une bonne ouverture d’esprit
- Vous disposez d’une aisance relationnelle et avez un esprit de décision
