**Legal Manager - PSF En plein essor, Dossiers Passionnants**

Constituée de moins d’une centaine de collaborateurs, cette PSF en **pleine croissance** demeure une structure où la communication est bonne et primordiale afin d’assurer une bonne entente et conserver un environnement agréable.

La complexité et variétés des dossiers, vont vous permettre d’approfondir vos connaissances et compétences au quotidien afin de continuer d’apprendre et vous perfectionner, notamment faciliter par les efforts en digitalisation de la structure.

**Vos responsabilités **| Legal - Management - PFS - Corporate - Legal Manager**
- Parmi vos responsabilités de Legal Manager, vous serez impliqué dans le management d’un portefeuille composé de Holding, PE/RE, Titrisation, Soprafi, de la constitution à la liquidation des entités.
- Certaines tâches Corporate viendront compléter vos responsabilités, notamment la production de draft de documents légaux tels que des contrats, des accords d’achats/ventes, modifications de capital ou bien du pacte d’actionnaires.
- Vous serez responsable de la préparation et organisation des Board et Shareholders minutes ainsi que la prise procès-verbaux relatifs à ces assemblées.
- Vous devrez être la personne de contact avec vos clients, les notaires, les avocats et les administrations financières (CSSF).

**Profil et parcours **| Legal - Management - PFS - Corporate - Legal Manager**
- Vous avez eu l’occasion de vous construire une solide base de connaissances grâce à au minimum trois années d’expérience dans des sociétés luxembourgeoises pertinentes telles que des cabinets d’avocats, des fiduciaires, des PSF, des ManCo.
- Vous êtes idéalement familier avec des clients en Titrisation.
- Vous possédez un bon niveau en français et en anglais, que cela soit à l’écrit ou bien à l’oral, vous permettant d’échanger avec les différents collaborateurs et clients.
- Vous êtes dotés d’un esprit d’équipe et serez à même de vous intégrer rapidement dans les équipes en place tout en instaurant une relation de confiance avec les collaborateurs.
