**Deine Aufgaben**:

- In internationalen und vielfältigen Teams gehst du strategische Probleme an, bringst deine Expertise ein und hilfst bei Fragestellungen im Finanzumfeld.
- Mit modernen Technologien quantifizierst du den Einfluss aktueller Megatrends wie dem Klimawandel auf Kreditportfolios und entwickelst datengetriebene Lösungen für das Vertriebsmanagement.
- Du hinterfragst den Status quo der Branche, erarbeitest Empfehlungen für die Weiterentwicklung und initiierst zukunftsweisende Entscheidungen. Dabei bereitest du die Ergebnisse strukturiert und managementorientiert auf.
- Du unterstützt die Akquise
- und Angebotstätigkeiten, bereitest Kundentermine vor und treibst damit unser weiteres Wachstum voran.
- Neben der Projektarbeit baust du deine fachliche Expertise permanent aus, d.h. du arbeitest in interdisziplinären Teams an Zukunftsthemen wie ESG, verfasst eigene Artikel und agierst als Markenbotschafter/in im Recruiting und Hochschulmarketing.

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast einen erfolgreichen akademischen Abschluss (Master, MBA oder PhD) in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder Ingenieurwesen.
- Du hast (erste) Erfahrungen in der Beratung oder im Finanzdienstleistungssektor durch Praktika / Studentenpraktika / Projekte gesammelt.
- Du hast Spaß daran, mit großen Datensätzen zu arbeiten und Probleme analytisch und strukturiert zu lösen.
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe und/oder technische Prozesse und Fragestellungen managementorientiert zu kommunizieren. Du bist teamorientiert, zuverlässig und inspirierst andere mit kreativen Ideen.
- Du bist bereit, für Kundenprojekte innerhalb von Europa zu reisen.
- Erfahrung im luxemburgischen Bankensektor ist nicht zwingend erforderlich, aber von Vorteil.
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
