Our client is seeking a talented Office Manager to join their dynamic and multicultural team in Luxembourg. As an integral part of our client's growth strategy, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Luxembourg Office.

Your Responsibilities:
- ** Support and Leadership**: Provide essential support to the Office's Local Leader, contributing to the efficient functioning of the office.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office suppliers, maintain office procedures, and ensure the office is an inviting space for employees and visitors.
- **Efficient Coordination**: Organise office meetings and events, handle travel arrangements and manage office equipment and supplies.
- **People-Centric Approach**: Care for local HR duties and maintain staff information while building positive relationships with colleagues and HR in London.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Take charge of health and safety regulations within the office, ensuring a secure and compliant working environment.
- **Financial Responsibilities**: Handle basic accounting tasks, such as reconciliation, invoice processing, and expense management.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest innovative ideas and improvements to enhance office processes and efficiency.
Your Profile:
- ** Experience and Skills**: You have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative/office management role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- **Multilingual Advantage**: Fluent in English (oral and written), and proficiency in another European language is a strong advantage.
- **Organisational Wizard**: Your strong administrative and organisation skills make you a valuable asset to the team.
