**PROJECT**

**KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Successful PhD (ideally PhD awarded within 2 years; or expect to defend before the agreed starting date) in the area of immunology or molecular or cellular biology;
- Expected to have: hands-on laboratory experience in large-scale CRISPR screening, ideally in T cells;
- Expected to have: laboratory experience in immune cell isolation, culture, differentiation and related molecular and cellular experiments;
- Expected to have: hands-on experience in cytometry and sorting experience;
- Good to have: skills in large-scale data analysis including single-cell RNA-seq analysis (in R or Python);
- Good to have: experience in iPSC and neurodegenerative diseases;
- Good to have: mice handling experience
- Self-driven, open-minded and curious person, willing to work in a competitive, interdisciplinary, cooperative and international environment.
