Our HR Controlling Team of ArcelorMittal Europe - Long Products is looking to hire an **HR Controlling & Workforce Analytics Specialist **(M/F) - **VIE Contract **.

Scope: 13,000 Employees

**Your mission**:

- Conduct analyses on HR data. This includes data extraction, validation, and interpretation for both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage tools and instruments used for monitoring and controlling HR Data, such as Power BI HR dashboards
- Identify, collect, and analyze key HR performance indicators to support strategic management and HR service delivery
- Prepare analytical reports for internal departments on topics such as absenteeism and workforce movements
- Assist local HR departments across Europe (located in Spain, Germany, France, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Romania, Luxembourg, UK) in their daily tasks related to HR data statistics and analysis, including coordination of internal and external requirements.
- Participate in workforce consolidation during budgeting processes and conduct gap analyses and quarterly budget forecasts
- Develop, monitor, and manage specific HR department processes
- Monitor relevant figures for the HR department, including absenteeism rates, workforce movements, recruitment and gender diversity metrics

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in HR, Controlling, or Finance.
- Written and spoken English proficiency; ideally, knowledge of French.
- Previous experience in HR controlling or financial control.
- Excellent Proficiency in Excel and all MS Office tools.
- Skills in data analytics and experience with Analytical tool is considered an added advantage for this position.
- Proficiency in **project management **to effectively plan, organise, and execute projects to meet stakeholders' needs.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, a strong affinity for numbers, and a solid understanding of complex relationships and processes.
- Ability to think abstractly, prioritize tasks effectively, and pay attention to detail.
- Demonstrated integrity in handling sensitive HR data.
- Citizenship of a European Union member country.
