**Description**:
Nous recherchons un.e Responsable de Flotte/ Fleet Manager - Luxembourg.
Notre client est actif dans le secteur de la livraison et du transport express de courrier et de petits volumes.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes:
- Gestion d’une flotte de véhicules et matériels
- Gestion technique
- Gestion contrats de maintenance
- Gestion des devis fournisseurs
- Gestion du budget
- Conduite de changement
- Restructuration de l’équipe
- Mise en place de nouveaux process
- Management d’une équipe de 4 agents de flotte
- Approvisionner les différents sites en véhicules
**Profil**:
De bonne formation, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 à 10 ans dans une fonction similaire de Responsable de flotte pour le transport routier de marchandises.
- Vous avez un grand sens d’organisation, réactivité, proactivité et sens du service
- Rigueur, empathie, force de proposition et le goût du challenge
- Francophone, à mínima, Anglais courant et Allemand est un +
