Das Team Development Finance sucht zum nächstmöglichen Termin Verstärkung im Bereich Development Finance als Junior Specialist (m/w/d). Sie arbeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld und entwickeln bzw. festigen dabei Ihre Kenntnisse im Bereich Organisation bzw. Reporting. Daneben werden Tätigkeiten im Rahmen von Zahlungen von Sicherheiten sowie Kontrolle und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern durchgeführt. Auch ist die Bearbeitung von Rechnungen und Budgets Teil des umfangreichen Verantwortungsbereiches. Dabei werden Sie von erfahrenen Mitarbeitenden unterstützt und erhalten fachliche und methodische Führung sowie regelmäßiges Feed.

IHR AUFGABENGEBIET
- Mitarbeit im täglichen Reporting der verschiedenen Fondsgesellschaften
- Mitarbeit in regelmäßig wiederkehrenden Reportings der Fondsgesellschaften
- Planung und Durchführung von Meetings der verschiedenen Fondsgesellschaften und damit verbundenen Reisebuchungen
- Bearbeitung von Rechnungen der Fondsgesellschaften und entsprechende Budgetverantwortung
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Sicherheitsleistungen der Fondsgesellschaften

IHR PROFIL
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre evtl. mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Finanzmärkte oder Politikwissenschaften bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildungen
- Sie haben Interesse an Politik und der Umsetzung davon ins Realleben
- Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
- Sie besitzen ein starkes analytisches, strukturiertes Denkvermögen und arbeiten sich gern in neue Aufgabenbereiche ein
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen MS Office Anwendungen und haben Spaß an digitaler Transformation
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich); andere Fremdsprachen (z.B. osteuropäische Sprachen) sind von Vorteil
