Our client, an **international** **law firm**, is looking for an Investment Fund lawyer to reinforce their teams.

**Your role**
- You will work on establishing funds, investment vehicles and asset management entities for national and international clients
- You draft legal documentation and agreements
- You assist and advise clients on transactions, especially in relation to UCITS and AIF funds
- You deal with legal issues and with cross-border fund distribution issues
- You work in cooperation with other teams
**Your profile**
- You speak fluent **German and English**. French would be considered as an asset.
- You possess a **Master in Law and passed your bar admission in Luxembourg or EU**:
- You have a good team player and you like to work autonomously
- You have at least **4 years of experience** in Luxembourg, in relation to funds
