**| Your challenges?**:

- Execute standard operating procedures (SOP) for all identity management topics.
- Document and enforce company policies and procedures related to identity and access management.
- Identify opportunities for improving the IAM strategy, policies, and processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of identity and access management best practices.
- Gather and manipulate relevant data related to user access, permissions, and security policies.
- Prepare functional and/or technical requirement documentation.
- Assess risks associated with access controls, authentication mechanisms, and authorization processes.
- Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001:2022 and ISMS (Information Security Management System) is required.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with Role-based access control.
- Knowledge of Active Directory or similar is a strong plus.

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- 3+ years of experience in IAM or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with identity and access management systems, security protocols, and authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001:2022 and ISMS.
- Experience with Active Directory or similar is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with Role-based access control.
