Sales Assistant

**We are looking for**:
**Sales Assistant (M/F/d) in Foetz (L)**:
On behalf of our renowned client with headquarters in Foetz (L) we are looking for a Sales Assistant (M/F/d).

Your mission is to actively contribute to the satisfaction of the prospects, to the loyalty of the customers and partners, by ensuring a good follow-up of the dossiers and by supporting the daily activities of the sales team.

The position will be filled directly and permanent with the client.

Our client is an innovative start-up for the highly automated manufacturing of sustainable, forward-thinking and environmentally friendly solutions for the construction industry.

**Your tasks**:

- Preparing commercial offers before approval by the sales manager
- Manage customer and prospect requests
- Entering customer information and ensuring administrative follow-up of orders and offers in the CRM system
- Plan and prepare calls, meetings and visits with clients, prospects and key partners
- Organise travel (hotel, flight, restaurant reservations etc) for the sales team
- Follow-up on customer requests on social networks
- Follow-up and support of marketing actions

**Your profile**:

- BTS, DUT or equivalent commercially oriented degree
- Successful business development experience, ideally in the construction industry
- You are a dynamic and positive person
- You are highly organised, flexible and have an analytical mind
- You like to work in a team
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- You have a good command of office tools (especially MS Word and Excel), knowledge of a CRM is an asset
- Fluent in French and English is required; German and/or Luxembourgish an asset
- At ease in a start-up environment
