**We're looking for people who are passionate about education**:

- Graduate in the field of education, recognised in Luxembourg ;
- Proof of professional experience in non-formal education with children aged 0 to 4;
- Fluency in French is essential for team integration. Fluency in another language is a plus;
- You are dynamic, available and show initiative;
- You have proven skills in supervising and leading a group of children;
- You are creative and can put forward proposals for activities and team-based educational projects;
- You have good listening and communication skills, enabling you to create a climate of quality and trust within the organisation;
- You will have good writing skills, enabling you to write logbooks, reports and communications to parents on our digital media.

**Your role at Rockids**:

- Welcoming children while ensuring their physical, moral and emotional safety;
- Accompany them through the various stages of their lives: activities, meals, changing, outings, etc.
- Supporting children in their individual and collective development;
- Drawing up and implementing medium
- and long-term educational projects, in order to contribute to children's awareness and overall development as part of a team project.
- Participating in the structure's networking with external partners (educational outings, social projects, ecological projects, etc.).
- Establishing and maintaining professional communication and ensuring quality communication with families.
- Ensuring compliance with Rockids' quality standards, in order to offer a unique support experience.
