- For one of our clients, an international Asset Manager we are assisting the recruitment of a newly created position of Real Estate Transactions Coordinator for their Private Assets business.
- Our client offers a dynamic working environment within a professional and growing Private Assets team. The position is based in Luxembourg.
- Within this position you will have a large exposure to a wide range of stakeholders, such as Fund Managers, Portfolio Manager, Board members, Transaction Managers, Company secretary and Operational teams, throughout different locations in Europe.
- The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will ensure completion of all tasks and activities by the relevant internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- This position suits a person with solid knowledge of the Private Estate business, who understands the work flow and the different stakeholders involved in the management of the end to end transaction process.

**Your Responsibilities**

The Real Estate Transactions Coordinator reports to the Head of Private Assets.
- Your day to day responsibilities will involve:

- Manage the workflow process for each acquisition, working closely together with the different teams such as. transactions, asset management, legal counsel, operations, company secretary
- You will make sure that the actions are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure each transaction is undertaken according to internal policy
- Coordinate the KYC due diligence checks

**Your profile**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in **Real Estate or Infrastructure Funds**, supporting transactional activities.
- Solid understanding of the European payroll, employment tax and social security legislations.
- Experience of co-ordinating workflow activities within tight deadlines
- Fluent English both written and spoken. Either German or French languages skills could be an asset.
- You pay attention to detail and have excellent problem solving skills.
- You are a natural team player and the ability to communicate at all levels in /outside the organisation
- You are looking to work in an international, fast moving and growing environment
