**ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY**

You will be responsible for
_(this is not an exhaustive list)_:

- Manage the SAP Controlling related master data and workflows, supporting the entire SES Group (e.g., Delegation of Authority, WBS/Project Accounting and Cost Centre set-up/hierarchy), as well as providing support for SES tools that are using SAP Controlling module
- Assist in all the day-to-day controlling & budget management activities for operating
- and capital-expenditure, ensuring accuracy of financial information and adherence to related corporate governance
- Act as point of contact for the organization on controlling processes and support the business to resolve problems related to SAP and other adjacent finance systems
- Participate in the month end closing process including interfacing with SES’s accounting team
- Responsible to provide information about Controlling, Reporting and Planning tools and workflows to SES Group (via intranet, tutorials, guidelines, policies)
- Support the Controlling team’s development and enhancement of BI reporting tools and system driven (SAP) project control processes with the goal of ensuring compliance, accuracy, and relevance of finan-cial information as part of the framework of internal control
- Perform investigative analysis & projects on ad-hoc basis

**YOUR PROFILE**:
Must Have
- University degree in Finance, with professional Accounting and/or Information Systems qualification preferred
- Proven experience of meeting tight deadlines
- Computer literacy and data management/data analysis, proficiency in Excel (ERP knowledge, SAP preferred, is an advantage)
- Experience in developing and enhancing financial systems to improve processes/efficiency/work product
- Fluency in English
