Votre agence Agrolux, spécialiste des métiers de l'Industrie et membre du groupe RAS comptant plus de 170 agences en France et en Espagne, recherche pour l'un de ses clients basé dans le canton d'Esch-sur-Alzette des
**SHIFT LEADER PRODUCTION H/F**
Le poste est en tournées **:3 postes** (Lundi à vendredi) et/ou **4 postes** (week-end inclus).
Rattaché(e) au Manufacturing Manager, ses _missions_ seront de:
- Garantir le fonctionnement optimal de l’outil de production (Fabrication et flux logistiques de production), en termes de qualité, délais et productivité ;
- Animer et fédérer l’équipe de production en optimisant le fonctionnement des Zones autonomes de production (ZAP) ;
- Suivre, analyser, partager et faire progresser les indicateurs de performance ;
- Elaborer et animer un plan d’amélioration continue en collaboration avec les Opérateurs ZAP ;
- Contribuer à l’autonomisation et à la responsabilisation de ses ZAP ;
- Etre garant(e) de la sécurité et des plans d’action associés dans l’atelier (hommes et machines) ;
- Collaborer avec les équipes supports, le centre de distribution, et autres services annexes.

Ce que nous recherchons avant tout c’est une personnalité
- Niveau Bac +3 minimum avec une expérience significative (+/-5 ans) sur un poste de même dimension ;
- Expérience significative dans l’encadrement d’équipes de plus de 20 personnes ;
- Connaissance et mise en pratique des principes Lean (5 S, 5 P, Kaïzen etc.)
- Sensible aux normes ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 etc. ;
- Très bon manager, à l’écoute mais garant des règles du jeu pour tous ;
- Aimant le terrain, Réactif et proactif, source de propositions ;
- Capable de travailler dans un environnement à forte pression et très changeant ;
- Fortes orientations Sécurité, Qualité, Efficacité ;
- Forte capacité relationnelle, pourra interagir avec tous les services supports pour assurer le meilleur fonctionnement possible de la Production
- Une pratique suffisante de l’anglais est nécessaire pour bien fonctionner dans le groupe
