Fondé en 1986, le Groupe Calzedonia est basé à Vérone, en Italie. Il se compose des marques Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Tezenis, Falconeri, Intimissimi Uomo, Atelier Emé et Signorvino. C’est un réseau international de plus de 5 000 magasins dans plus de 50 pays et en particulier dans les grandes villes comme Milan, Paris, Londres, Barcelone, Moscou, Dubaï, New York, São Paulo, Shanghai ou Tokyo.
Pour accompagner le développement de nos marques en Belgique, nous recherchons un District Manager enthousiaste, dynamique et ambitieux pour renforcer notre équipe à Luxembourg.
En tant que
**District Manager**, vous êtes responsable de A à Z d’environ 5 magasins à suivre dans votre région. Votre objectif premier est d’augmenter les ventes de tous vos magasins. Ceci de manière créative pour apporter des changements dans vos magasins, mais aussi selon les directives de la société mère en Italie. La motivation et la formation de vos Store Managers sont essentielles pour augmenter vos ventes et faire fonctionner le magasin efficacement. Après tout, vous êtes l’ambassadeur de la marque.
**Responsabilités**:
- Vous dirigez et guidez 5 magasins dans la région assignée;
- Vous analysez et suivez les KPI au quotidien et assurez un chiffre d’affaires optimal ;
- Vous gérez également les commandes, les statistiques et les inventaires de vos différents points de vente ;
- Avec votre équipe de Store Managers et d’employés, vous assurez la dynamique commerciale et l’apparence des magasins;
- Vous offrez les formations nécessaires si nécessaire pour renforcer votre équipe en termes de ventes, de motivation et de qualité;
- Vous coachez votre équipe et êtes responsable du recrutement de nouveaux employés;
- Vous suivez les rénovations et les ouvertures de nouveaux magasins;
- Vous surveillez le strict respect des procédures internes;
- Vous formez un lien important entre les magasins et le siège social;
- Vous rapportez à l'Area Manager.
**Profil**:
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bachelier ou d’un Master dans un domaine économique ou d’une expérience opérationnelle avérée dans le commerce de détail;
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, le néerlandais est un plus;
- Vous maitrisez l’organisation et la planification;
- Vous avez une passion pour le retail et êtes focus client;
- Vous savez bien gérer les personnes, êtes empathique avec de fortes qualités de coaching;
- Vous êtes analytique et focus chiffres;
- Vous êtes le lien entre la région et le siège social;
- Vous prenez des initiatives et pouvez fonctionner de manière autonome.
