A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you’ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Human Resources Department.
**Your responsibilities would include**:
- Understanding the recruitment needs of the departments and giving advice while defining the competency profile
- Creating job advertisements and publishing them on different channels
- Organizing and conducting interviews
**You would need to meet the following requirements**:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related area
- 2+ years of recruiting experience within a recruitment agency or in-house talent acquisition team
- The ability to develop results-driven recruiting strategies for sourcing, evaluation and selection of technical talents
- Proficiency in MS Office, experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is considered an asset
- Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Open-minded, dynamic, and proactive attitude
- Fluency in English is mandatory. German and/or French knowledge is considered a strong asset
