**Mission**:
- Candriam Multi-Management team is in charge of the selection and the analysis of external funds in traditional asset classes as well as Alternative.
- The team also managed a series of Fund of Funds and model portfolios.
**Responsabilities**:
- Update and enhance our internal developments: quantitative analysis and fund reporting Tools, database management system etc
- Conduct quantitative analytical research and assist in the creation of the next generation of quantitative tools
- Identify and assess the relevant universes for potential investment managers;
- Assist in understanding the drivers of portfolio performance and risk via quantitative analysis
- Quantitative Fund Reviews (to write succinct notes on the fund quantitative situation)
- Fund research and Due diligence with a focus on SRI/ESG Strategies (documents gathering, reports creation, support for qualitative analysis, presentation of final analysis);
- Reporting and communication (to write succinct and reader friendly research reports/presentations)
- Undertake other administrative, research and/or analytical work as required
- Being an active Member of investment/fund committee and contributing investment inputs
**Profile**:
- Master's Degree II or equivalent: Engineer, MSc in computer Science/ Math/ Finance/ Statistics.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Ideally having between 2 to 5 years in investment/research support, portfolio data and quantitative analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think and write creatively
- A good understanding of investment markets and the asset management.
- Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and statistical skills
- Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised together with the ability to priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.).
- Programming languages skills (Python, C/C++, VBA). Knowledge of SQL would be additional asset
