As part of its development strategy, BNP Paribas Securities Services Luxembourg is recruiting a:
**Fund Distribution Support - Gestionnaire Opérations (H/F)**

**Short Term Contract (until end of March)**

**Your mission**

Responsible for the overall contractual relationship with the FDS counterparts, FDS being the service provider respectively FDS being the beneficiary of the services, covering all FDS BP2S locations and any other counterparts, if applicable

Ensures that the contractual relationship is properly documented by having signed SLA/ agreements in accordance with all our service level standards and legal/compliance requirements
- Acts as central point of contact for any new contractual relationships, updates of existing relationships between BP2S FDS and the BP2S locations and any other counterparts
- Develops relation and partnerships and collaborates with BP2S locations, and any other internal or external counterparts other key stake holders to support - project
- onboarding - Business Implementation teams.etc. including the relationship with Compliance, Legal and Finance function if applicable
- Works with external and internal stakeholders for consciously improvements and SLA updates to map service performance and service level standards
- Responsible for taking in charge ad hoc specific projects linked to FDS activity : regulatory projects, efficiency projects, control monitoring (specific governance)
- Works with internal stakeholder including relationship with compliance and legal function if applicable.
