**Description**
- Prospects opvolgen, offertes opstellen en versturen, bestellingen verwerken en ondersteuning na verkoop bieden.
- Informatie verstrekken over producten, hun technische specificaties, voor
- en nadelen. Casestudies en getuigenissen van klanten onderzoeken om aanbevelingen te ondersteunen.
- Helpen bij het organiseren van promotie-evenementen of deelnemen aan beurzen. Een klantendatabase beheren en regelmatig contact met hen onderhouden via nieuwsbrieven, telefoongesprekken of persoonlijke ontmoetingen.
- Gegevens verzamelen en samenvatten om rapporten of presentaties te helpen voorbereiden. Marktonderzoek uitvoeren om trends in de sector en behoeften van klanten te begrijpen.
- Feedback van klanten verzamelen, concurrerende producten volgen en markttrends in de gaten houden. Teamvergaderingen organiseren en productontwikkeling coördineren met andere bedrijfsafdelingen.
