We are looking for a talented **Fullstack Developer** **with excellent human communication and technical skills to join our team. As a Fullstack Engineer, you will primarily focus on our clint's product backoffice and video onboarding solution, which incorporates voice recognition, synthesis, automatic selfies, and ID capture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the product backoffice, ensuring its smooth operation and user-friendly interface.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the video onboarding solution, integrating cutting-edge technologies and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Utilize your knowledge of **GoLang**, **Python**, and ML to contribute to different parts of the stack as needed.
- Work closely with clients, engaging in discussions in both **French** and **English**, to understand their requirements, provide support, and gather feedback for product improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams, including compliance, legal, and design, to ensure alignment and leverage their expertise when needed.
- Take an active role in shaping the future evolution of the product, participating in brainstorming sessions and proposing innovative solutions.
- Assist users in effectively utilizing the product, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance.

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience in fullstack development, with expertise in **React**, **Typescript** **and **Golang** **or **Python**.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills in both **French** **and **English**, enabling effective client interactions and cross-team collaboration.
- Customer-oriented mindset, with a willingness to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional support.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment, taking ownership of tasks and contributing to the overall success of the project.
- Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a startup-like environment.
