German Speaking

On behalf of our client, a successful Investment Management company, we are looking for a "German speaking (Senior) Compliance Officer (M/F/d)" for their office in Luxembourg (close to the German boarder).

**Your tasks**:

- Implementation, maintenance and further development of the existing compliance management system in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements for capital management companies in Luxembourg
- Monitoring of changes in the regulatory environment as well as appropriate integration of the necessary adjustments within the organizational process landscape
- Identification and assessment of compliance risks as well as implementation of the compliance monitoring plan
- Creation, implementation and ongoing updating of compliance guidelines, process descriptions, appropriate control and monitoring processes in outsourcing management as well as regulations on data protection in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation
- Support in the implementation of internal AML/KYC due diligence procedures for the acceptance of customers as well as the ongoing review of customer files (including AML/KYC risk assessment, sanctions screening, adverse media checks, UBO identification, KYC review) for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing

**Your profile**:

- A degree in law or economics
- Advanced working experience in compliance at an Investment Management Company or similar companies (Audit, Law)
- Very good knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements for Luxembourg management companies for AlFs and UCITS (e.g. CSSF 18/698, Alf-MD Law 2013, UCITS Law 2010, GDPR)
- Fluency in German and English
