**About the Role**:
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a** Long-Term Analysis and Planning Specialist** who will be reporting to Long Term Analysis and Planning within the Finance department of the** Executive Chairman Staff.**

**Main Responsibilities**:
Thanks to your financial planning expertise, you will play a key role in Long Term Planning, contributing to the **preparation of medium to long-term financial plans aligned with the Executive Chairman’s Long-Term Guidelines**. Your **support to the Strategy & Innovation team** will involve defining strategic directions for Product Supply, including projections of top and bottom-line figures.

**Collaboration with Category Control and Marketing Strategists **during the planning process, followed by meticulous performance monitoring, will be central to your responsibilities.

In Controlling and Analysis, you will be entrusted with monitoring the financial plans of the Ferrero Group and its ecosystem. Your analytical skills will shine as you ensure proper monitoring of financial trends,** analyze variances versus forecasts**, and develop financial benchmarks against competitors.

Additionally, your role will extend to **supporting the Executive Chairman's strategic staff in various reviews**, Country visit preparations, and deep dives, involving the **preparation and presentation of financial overviews **and analyses **to the Executive Committee**. Your expertise will also be important in supporting Global Leadership Team members on specific analyses and ad hoc projects, ensuring the constant update of IT systems for optimal financial and controlling activities.

**Who we are looking for**:
Thanks to your academic background, holding an MSc in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, you are equipped to step into the role with a solid foundation. With** 5-7 years of experience in Controlling**, preferably within the FMCG sector, you bring valuable insights into the financial landscape.

Your proficiency in accounting, coupled with** strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills**, positions you to navigate the complexities of financial management.

Your ability to communicate effectively, coupled with a good understanding of multinational corporate culture and business principles, sets the stage for successful collaboration in a dynamic environment. Being** result-oriented **with a keen attention to detail, you are well-suited to working under pressure and exhibit flexibility as needed.

Your command of MS Office, especially Excel, adds a technological edge, while any knowledge of **HFM and Essbase is an advantageous asset**. With English fluency, you are ready to contribute to the team's success in this role.
